These terms govern your use of coachesvault.shop and any products you buy from it. The Coach's Vault is a product of WeLuvTheGame ("we," "us"), Baltimore, Maryland. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

The Coach's Vault is an instructional product: illustrated basketball plays, schematics, drills, and training materials, delivered digitally, with an optional kit that adds physical training gear. It is educational content for coaches and parents.

No guarantee of results

Basketball outcomes depend on your players, your practice time, and your execution. We make no promise of wins, playing time, scholarships, or specific results. The materials are provided "as is" for your own coaching judgment.

Your license

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use it for coaching your own team and household. You may print pages for your own binder and clipboard. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the files, or use them to create a competing product.

Intellectual property

All content — text, diagrams, the animated play engine, and design — is owned by WeLuvTheGame and protected by copyright. Third-party product and brand names shown in the kit are the property of their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

Physical items & shipping

Physical items in the Complete Kit are sourced from third-party suppliers and fulfilled direct-to-consumer. They ship separately from the digital delivery and may arrive in more than one parcel over several days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Payment

Payments are processed by Payhip. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.

Refunds

Our refund and return terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeLuvTheGame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
