The Coach's Vault is a product of WeLuvTheGame ("we," "us," "our"), based in Baltimore, Maryland. This policy explains what information we collect through coachesvault.shop, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your first name and email address when you sign up for the free Training Guide and newsletter waiting list. If you buy, the name, email, and shipping address needed to fulfill your order and deliver your files.
- Automatic information. Basic analytics such as pages viewed and general device/browser type, and (if enabled) advertising events from the TikTok pixel so we can understand which content drives sign-ups. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To send you the free Training Guide, the newsletter you asked for, and product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To process purchases, deliver digital products, and arrange shipping of physical items.
- To measure and improve our marketing. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who make this business run, and only as needed:
- Email/newsletter provider — to store your subscription and send emails.
- Payment & checkout (Payhip) — to process payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
- Fulfillment partners — the third-party suppliers who ship the physical training gear receive only the name and address required to deliver your order.
- Analytics/advertising (e.g., TikTok) — aggregate performance data.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
- Access or delete your data by emailing hello@coachesvault.shop — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
- Cookies can be blocked in your browser settings; the site still works.
Children
The Coach's Vault is sold to and intended for adults — coaches and parents. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
